Assessment Process
The ZED Assessment is an evaluation of an MSME's systems and processes against the defined parameters of the Zero Defect Zero Effect scheme. It is conducted by accredited assessment agencies.
Assessment Parameters
The parameters vary based on the certification level applied for:
- Bronze: Focuses on foundational parameters of quality and environment.
- Silver: Includes more advanced parameters for process improvement.
- Gold: The highest level, covering all critical ZED maturity parameters.
Accredited Agencies
Assessments are carried out by agencies accredited by the Quality Council of India (QCI) to ensure objectivity and standardized evaluation across the country.
